Privacy Policy
FORÇA and Women's Money Society are run by Freedom Sun, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on forcasummit.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- The VIP list. When you join, we collect your name, your email address and, if you tell us, what you most want to learn.
- Speaker applications. We collect your name, email address, the format and topic you'd like, your talk idea and any link you share.
- Partner requests. We collect your name, email address, company, website, the part of the day you're interested in and any message you send.
- Purchases. When tickets go on sale, payments will be handled by our secure payment provider. We receive your name, email and purchase details, but never your full card number.
- Your browser. The site remembers whether you've already seen or closed the sign-up pop-up, using your browser's local storage, so we don't show it to you again. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the news and event updates you signed up for, to give the VIP list early access to the date, speakers and tickets, to review speaker applications and partner requests and reply to them, to deliver anything you buy, and to plan events that fit what our community wants. We don't sell your personal information.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that help us run FORÇA and Women's Money Society, and each one processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:
- HighLevel, our email and CRM platform, which is based in the United States.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Our payment provider, once tickets go on sale.
Where your information is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're part of our community. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it, apart from anything we must keep by law, such as records of purchases.
Your choices and rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@forcasummit.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority, which in Portugal is the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
